By Manishaa R

WHAT DOES IT SAY::
It shows a London based businessman (Batuk Patel played by Boman Irani) who is extremely protective about his three “virtuous and conservative” daughters and wants them to remain unmarried, unaware of their flamboyant lifestyles. Amidst the picturesque locales of London, his three daughters (played by the gorgeous Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri and Lisa Haydon) have already chosen the men of their dreams (played by Akshay Kumar who makes a dramatic entry hanging from a flying helicopter, Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan), who try every possible trick on earth to convince Batuk. Jackie Shroff plays the baddie who asks for an exorbitant amount from Batuk failing which he won’t allow the three marriages to take place.

THE RESPONSE SO FAR::
The trailer was launched on a big scale across 100 Indian cities on April 24 and has been trending ever since.

MORE ABOUT THE FILM::
Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Eros International and directed by Farhad-Sajid, who had earlier directed Akshay Kumar’s Entertainment, the film stars the ensemble cast of Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Lisa Haydon and
Jackie Shroff.

WHAT’S NEW::
a. Boman Irani’s antics, the witty one-liners and the comic situations that Akshay, Riteish and Abhishek find themselves in while trying to convince Batuk Patel, are full of fun and entertainment.
b. The Cyndi Lauper cult song, ‘Girls just want to have fun’, which features at No. 22 in Rolling Stone’s list of 100 greatest pop songs, is one of the highlights of the film. c. Akshay is shown suffering from a split personality disorder, adding a new dimension to his comic take. Riteish and Abhishek who disguise themselves as blind and dumb, are hilarious to the core.
d. Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan will be seen teaming up after a gap of 12 years, after they last worked together in ‘Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya’. Their comic timing and bromance will be one to watch out for.
e. Jackie Shroff in the role of a menacing but funny villain, who is out to make the best of the situation
f. The pairing of Akshay-Jacqueline, Ritiesh-Lisa and Abhishek and Nargis Fakhri, is new and exciting.
g. While the earlier two installments were directed by Sajid Khan, this one is directed by Farhad-Sajid, who had also directed Akshay Kumar’s Entertainment.

OUR TAKE:
It promises a laugh riot with three times the fun and entertainment of the first installment. Even if the wisecracks may seem foolish and double-meaning, this comedy is likely to see the producers laughing their way to the bank.
